SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE FROM VOX

I ordered VOX LTE on 03 April 2021, already Rica'd as I have other services with them thinking it would be quick and easy.

It's 10 days later and no delivery of the sim and no contact has been made with me. I have emailed customer service on the 7th of April 2021 and again on the 10th of April 2021 and they couldn't even be bothered to respond to that.

If that's how they treat customers who are trying to take up new services then I don't want to know how they treat old customers.
