Shocking Lack Of Service and Updates on Progress or the lack thereof
I app**** for the fibre line as reccommened by two friends by my God their service and update on the installation or the lack thereof is simply appualing. I app**** in December 2020 and it is May 2021 and the installation is still not complete. Emails upon emails, calls and twitter posts and still no solution. Lowest form of custormer service, I regret my decision for requesting service from this lot.
