SHOCKING ATTITUDE
On 19th I complained about slow Internet. It took three attempts to get them to admit that they had a problem.<br> <br> This is the arrogant response I got<br> <br> \There is a latency/speed problem on some fatpipe packages and this issue is being attended in your earlier request. ATL***<br> We will notify you once it is resolved."<br> <br> No apologies"
