SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
Vox Telecoms is the most useless service provider I have ever dealt with!!! We had a perfectly working connection yesterday, when some technician came to my house unannounced and said he needs to fix my line. After vandalizing my property and cutting the wire I now have NO internet connection.....If you try calling Vox no one seems to understand what you are saying or they keep transferring you to someone else!!!! In 2 days I am no closer to a solution or an estimated time as to when my connection will be restored. I just don't understand that it was working and then they come to look at it and now it is not working at all. BUT GOD FORBID you are 2 MINUTES late paying your account...ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL VOX TELECOMS. SHOCKING, SHOCKING SERVICE

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the connectivity issues were resolved after the Upstream Service Provider , Openserve completed the re-installation.
The Mikrotik router was also replaced by the Vox onsite support team.
