Shocking after sales services

I am not one to slunder or shame companies for unsatisfactory services ut right now I feel that I have to say something as it has began affecting my credit score.Vox has taken me to a credit bureau for their own misdeeds and to this day I have to pay for their recklessness. I was with vox for a period of 8 months and done a change of ownership when I was Leaving the premises I was staying in. The change of ownership was successful and I heard nothing from them up until December 2021 when I got a call from Vericred claiming vox has listed my name as a bad payer and that I owe them. I contacted Vox and spoke to their account manager who looked through their system and found out that the mistake was on their side. She said she would get back at me after all has been rectified. To this day I am still calling them to get my name of the credit bureau and I get no help from no one.i am at a loss for words and I will not advise anyone else to use their services as they are appalling when it comes to after sales services.

I am stuck with a bill I have to pay just so that my credit score can be changed to its usual state.
