Very dissatisfied with VOX, they were supposed to collect a router back in April and no one did. My services have been suspended due to this, the consultant that called me was absolutely rude and very nonchalant. He told me that its my word against the courier company. No calls or communication was received to inform me of the attempt of collection.

A very cold and ******** response, on both email and phone. Terrible service, the only thing that you're after is money!!!

I have tried calling regards to your email

based on the account we need the router to be returned for the credit . We will be unable to book another appointment for collection and require the router to be delivered to our stores department
