Service, what service!?

I have had a line installed for my address for about 2 years without any problems. Since moving the account to my name from my previous tenants name I have had nothing but problems. In this month alone I have been cut off and left without internet service 3 times already! On all 3 occasions I have to wait 48hours to get service back yet I am still being charged the full amount plus a random fee that I was not even aware off! I am waiting on 6 people to call me back. 6 people!!!!
