********** service received

Absolutely livid at the service I am receiving from Vox. My wifi has been down for a week now and no one can give me a solution. I have to call them daily and all they do is tell me they are updating the ticket and that a technician is scheduled but no one has come out. Even when I ask to speak to management they tell me management will call me after 8. I work from home and having to run off mobile data for a week has cost An arm and leg yet Vox show no urgency to get the problem fixed. Mind you there are service providers who are much cheaper than them so for the service receive and price you pay monthly it's not worth it. It's ********** your fees are not cheap so up the quality of your service. I am definitely considering moving to another provider now
