**** Service provider. Unhappy client

This service prodiver is the worste ever My service has been down for the past two weeks. I have logged tickets to get my services up amd running and nothing has been done.ive had my fair share with this service. No feed back or communication on where or what is happening. No management has called all you do is speak on a whats app chat. Vox is unprofessional and has no sense of customer service.
