Service Provider is NOT providing service

I have been using Vox Telecom as a ISP for +- 2 yrs without many hassles. My ADSL line stopped functioning for the first time approx. 2-3 months ago and we phoned Vox who blamed Telkom and when phoning Telkom they obviously blamed Vox. Vox is supposed to manage my 2 ADSL lines rented from Telkom and I was initially promised that I wouldn't have to deal with Telkom directly. Lately Vox noted that they are only managing one of my lines and Telkom the other?! Vox found no problems on their side and suggested I phone Telkom. Telkom finally admitted to \suspending"the account"
