Service offline Vox
Iam really disappointed by the level of service I have received for Vox and the agent who assisted me by the name of Romano... My internet has been offline for 24 hours + now and the agent could not advise me as to why or could not assist me in anyway, Iam still offline and have had to make alternative plans to work.. I pay for my services without fail and rely on what I pay for to be able to work. This is truly unacceptable and if I can get a chance, I will be looking for a new service provider 😡😡

The Support team did log an escalation to the Network Provider , Vumatel - REF ISP-985304
They will follow up on the progress of the fault and update you on the status.

02 Dec 2022, 11:31I received your email however nobody gave me the courtesy of communication yesterday hence I am on Hello Peter. I have no missed calls nor do I have any texts or messages from you regarding the technical outage. I called yesterday and spent over 1 hr waiting for feedback.
Your 1st communication came today via email after I wrote this post, so clearly I will get feedback here. My phone is on and has been all day. Happy 2 receive a call because I am not spending my money again to wait for a consultant. Good communication skills from a business entail constantly keeping your clients in the loop😩this did not happen. I had to use Hello Peter to get help. This is not the first time. Kindly update once the outage is resolved.
