Service Migration
I app**** for a migration/ transfer to Vox in March and all documents were done and in order. Last week Friday I contacted them to find out if everything is ready only then was told that there are some challenges. Yesterday got an email informing me that the migration/ transfer will only come through in 30 working days. The reason for the 30 working was explained as software loads the request and process it for 30 working days.

10 May 2022, 18:48Thanks for your reply but there are still a number of issues that are unresolved. Would have appreciate somebody else either than the same urgent I had issues with calling me. It doesn't serve the purpose cause we still at loggerhead.
