Service delivery failure
Frogfoot should review their ISPs for service delivery failures. I was referred to VOX as ISP in the beginning of November. I can honestly say that their support and service delivery is non-existent in the Cape Town area. After having to pay an up-front amount for equipment, I have been waiting for over a week for their team to answer my queries or to cantact me.
