*** service

This is a **** service provider, and I'd never recommend anyone I know to use it, I've had a ****ty service with them since day one, so I apply for this useless thing in the 3rd of December, they do everything and send me the communication, I then have a problem receiving my router cause they use a *** courier like their service, the router get to me but the Fibre line is installed and not active, but I had received an Emil saying that my line is active and all, and I'm already charged but I have not used a single kilo byte, this thing was only active on the 19ty of December, I was sent a statement, they try to debit on the 27th, it failed, I called on the 29th to try make an arrangement, but they never answer their phones and they have the nerve to suspend my service at 20H40 at night but when you call their accounts department it has knocked off and only coming back on the 3rd of Jan, I get a guy named Evans at the technical department with a *** attitude like all their stuff members, their price are super cheap, but if you think it's too good to be true, it is trust me this is a **** service provider, rather pay more for good service than Vox
