Service

I have been overseas for 2 weeks and came back to no internet. Vox informs me that it takes 72 hours for Vuma to sort the problem out. Strange as the connection has been down since 08/08, but no reaction to outage by Vuma/Vox. Each one points a finger in the other direction. Pay top dollar for very poor service. Vox. Again does not take responsibility.
