Phatectic @VixTelecom,bitter sweet taste in my mouth! l am livid...long story short, Had my fibre line installed by the aforementioned company which has been only a week. *NB the reason for signing up with the was because I am working from home. Lovely surprise currently working as I am a CS agent for an International company, @VoxTelecom suspended my line as they have sent me an invoice for X amount and additional charges. Phatectic!!! It's a no no from me.
