********** !!Beware and keep away from Vox!

I need to downgrade my voice package from uncapped to pay per minute. When I signed up, Sibusiso the business development manager advised that I can downgrade anytime, hassle free. I have been emailing and calling Vox to do this one simple thing from 17th July. Jonathan in customer service said he cannot help me. Sibusiso the business development manager who spoke so highly of this service is not helping either. They will go ahead and debit my account still until they fix their system issues which is apparently causing them to be unable to downgrade my service. I am highly dissapointed with Vox and strongly reccomend everybody to keep away from Vox, its a ****.
