Satellite wifi not working!!!!!

I am absolutely upset!!!! What this company has done is very unfair, I work from home and I recently had Satellite wifi installed (last week Thursday ) it has not been working since!!! The LTE we had previously worked better. I’ve been caking since Saturday to try and get this resolved there’s someone from the tech department called Peter he was silent when I was complaining about the connection I had to hang up and call again then another person called Daniel with his empty promises telling me someone would call me back I work from home and this has been an absolute nightmare. I am going to cancel my contract you can’t just take my money and not provide a service!!!!!!!!!
