If there was a lower rating than one, I would use it. We contacted Vox in the 23rd of September looking for Fibre. It is now the 19th of November, and we are further in trouble than we were. It took weeks, months, of endless phonecalls in which we are bounced from useless division to useless division to eventually get to the point where we demanded a cancellation of all our services. Even that was a mission and it took a screaming breakdown to get them to actually do it. And now, it's still not over. They refuse pointblank to release our line, so we are unable to move to another isp. We are stuck with no possible way to get connection at all. And all because of this complete and utter joke of a company. And there is still absolutely no resolution in sight. Nothing. The absolutely *shockingly hideous* state of their so-called "customer service" would put you in a coma. Don't bother even sniffing in their *********** direction. I wish I hadn't.
