Sales desk not working

I phoned Vox. Was told to send an email. I did then send a email message on Wednesday 17 April 2024. I have a reference number. I am still waiting for someone to phone me back. Every time I phone, either the phone is not answered or I am put through to a mailbox where I leave a message with no results.
