I would like to mention that the service of vox telecoms is absolutely terrible. things get promised or things get told to you that are not true at all.

I received a pamphlet from one of the sales guys and they said that the service will be good and that we will be up and running with in 4-8 weeks and this in the 9th week and we still have not received anything to be exact we were told that fibre is available in the area of Burgundy Estate and there is not a single service provider that has come into the area and done anything like digging for or anything so i don't know how we can be told that the service will be sorted in a period of time when there is no ways that it can be done so there is no point in telling things when they are out to lie only and there service is absolutely pathetic and they still want to say they are the best when they are not good at all.

Never Use VOX!!!!
