Sad and scary but true - no respond on any query's

Vox this is a complaint concerning my Vox fiber line Ref: ********** . I have just spoken to a Vox agent at the technical department. His word was on our 200 mgb it cant handle the usage for the devices we run like the voice over ip and other devices. We were only using you tube and the IP phone calling Vox at that stage and we were according to him sinking 180 mgb at our side it was unstable running between 111 mgb to 168 mgb on different speed tests. It was actually scary how easy it is for him to encourage us to move to a different service provider. This is don't know how many complaints that is logged regarding my line speed with Vox and not a call or mail or anything to come back to us. This is our New South Africa this is really scary.....
