RUN !!! Away!!

So I have decided to move to VOX 200 line for home. USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Constant follow up calls, you get transferred from one agent to the next and I eventually ended up with a case manager of sorts Boitumelo Mogagabe Customer Service Agent - FTTH at Vox Does not reply to emails, I have to follow up on everything, detailed emails sent to her, 24hrs later still haven't read my messages. nearly 2 weeks later and all I got from VOX is confirmation that I entered into a debit order agreement with them. Boitumelo now said she will call me back, after I ranted and raved, but so has many others at VOX and they never do! Lets see what happens from here.
