Rude consultants and no remorse whatsoever
Wont accept the house being condemned as a valid reason to cancel the contract. Bunch of idiots and rude consultants. I now have to pay for 2 months plus cancelation costs for something that is out of my control. No human remorse from their side at all! Can barely put food on the table and they still dont care. Very quick to take your money, but they are the most inhumane people ever.

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
If cancelled prematurely, there will be penalty fees involved.
