Ruan saved the day !

Since the weekend I hav hav a horrible experience trying to setup my fibre as it was Jst taking too long On Friday they installed the router and advised me to use the old router and I would hav internet in an hour .that was not the case I had to log a ticket and called in where I was promised a call back .that never happened .I had to wait til the next day where I spent the morning calling in and being kept on hold and being cut off sometimes from 8 am to 2 pm where someone then only said I hav to wait till monday.I logged a ticket and called Monday and after much frustration and gentleman called Ruan called me back out of his own after promising me assistance .ruan saved the day for vox ,he went over and beyond making sure I was doin the correct things on my Pc while we re configured my router and had me up and running.I was pleased with his professional service and the way he kept me engaged while sorting out my issue .this was so mirth I g that someone could of helped me with the friday when I first called in and I would not hav wasted my time over the weeken and being frustrated.thanks ruan U delivered an excellent service to your employer .much appreciated
