Router self set up

I was struggling with the self setup option after the router was delivered.

I then attempted to contact the call centre, however I could not get through to an agent to assist.

I then logged a request to be contacted via email, and I must say I was pretty impressed with the turn around time.

The ticket was logged at 11:15 and by 11:42 I received a call from an agent that talked me through the steps in a calm, professional, kind and diligent manner.
