Router Issues resolved

So, a week ago, the area I live in had an outage with none of us having internet. Saturday the 1st, everyone's WiFi was restored, except mine. I knew there had to be another problem and resolved to call on the Monday as I thought they only operated Monday to Friday. A young man by the name of Thando Mazibuko, took my call and he tried his utmost to help but as I was at work, he needed someone to tell him what the router was doing. Needless to say, i needed to call again and unfortunately, I cannot remember the second young man's name but irrespective. I got amazing service from these two young men, as I had someone come out to fix my faulty router, the very next day.

I sincerely hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you for going the extra mile in resolving my internet issues. I truly appreciate your professionalism.
