Hi iv never dealt with self centred company like telecoms....sometime last year i received a call from one of their sales agent offering me a router and i told the lady that all i need is a pocket router but they delivered me a big home router and i called them to cancel cos i ddnt order that....they agreed and said they will collect it after that i was told i must pay for collection fee which i disputed because why must i pay for something i ddnt order and i offered to take the packegae to the nearest store was told am not allowed in the store ...now they handed me over to debt collectors....what nonsense is that....they so selfish Nkosinathi Nxumalo
