Rocky start. Atleast got some internet now
It has been a supper choppy start with Vox . Delays apon delays. Hense the reason for 3 stars . Finally my line is connected on the 24th of August Had some problems with the speed of my connection. And a JOHAN MARGREITER Contacted me . Very professional employee you have there. If it wasn't for hom i would have definitely cancelled my services with VOX. I HAVE TO APPLAUD HIM. After i sent all the test results like he asked the issue was forwarded to VUMATEL because i was explained that is where the issue was.( Still no feedback from either side) Next day i could see some improvement but its still not what i was promised and what I pay for. Atleast i can do my work online now. The connection is still a bit unstable regarding the speeds. JOHAN MARGREITER thanks for being so helpful. Hopefully the speed issue could be sorted out completely now .
