We installed the fiber with a 200/200 , on installation the speed was right but not 3 hrs later the speed would vary between 27 and 165 and when phoning them you always get a different person and get promised the problem would be fixed and yet two weeks later we sit with the same problem, wrong router and a stick test are all hey say , I installed a toto link and get all the ranges that are 10 times better than theirs and am still waiting for them to fix their ******* and give us the right speeds what a bunch if Palookas working there and ripping people off
