Ridiculuous service

Terrible service. I got an email that I should give them a 'go ahead' to debit my account. Over two weeks this could not be done except lies that it could be done. I dealt with a lady by the name Ncumisa Genevieve Swartbooi.

I have no idea why she calls me to tell me lies and deny receiving my emails. It's like they think their customers are foolish. I have never been so disappointed by a service.
