Ridiculously slow speeds

I just recently got fibre with Vox as my ISP through Vumatel. All was well in the first week but for some reason web pages take forever to open. I thought it was the throttling but I have a 10mbps line and the threshold is 200GB if I'm not mistaken. And I've only used half of that. I moved from rain 5G hoping this would be better but it looks like it's worse. I called them and they just told me to turn the router on and off. Of course it didn't help,
