Ridiculously bad service

After being charged twice for the same contract last month, complaining about it, being promised a refund into our account, and now fhe same thing happening this month- a double amount deducted from my account via unauthorised debit, this is just too mucj. Incompetence is not the word for this imbecilic service. I will be taling them to the consumer ombudsman and putting a stop order on all further deducctions from Vox and definitely gettinf a different Fibre service provider.
