Ridiculous service delivery

So I woke up yesterday to no internet access. I called vox as they are the ISP. The ticket was logged but I'm told to wait 72 hours for them to send out technicians to attend to this problem. I work from home so I have to buy data to continue to work that is costing me in the meantime whilst they'll expect me to pay a full month's premium not taking into consideration how it's costing me whilst they have a 72 hour turnaround time. This is ridiculous honestly and this is what they call "service delivery"

Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.
There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.
There is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.
