Ridiculous monthly package prices for exceptionally bad service.
Worst wifi service provider I have ever had. There isn't a month that goes by without some sort of issue and then we end up with no wifi service for a minimum of 24 hours, this happens multiple times a month. They claim that engineers are working on the problem but nothing gets fixed and even after they say 'service has been restored' there is still no connection.
Currently we've been without wifi for more than a day which causes real problem for businesses and people working from home, we pay each month for wifi and then end up have to spend extra money on data.
Ridiculous monthly package prices for exceptionally bad service. Would not recommend them to anyone, you'll be better off with a different service provider.
