Ridiculous

I ordered a new line with vox in August and since then I have been sent from pillar to post trying to get a fibre line. You guys couldnt even get the Rica right. Not a single person out of the 6 people I have spoken have said the same thing each of them have a different story as to what is going on. I thought I had to wait 7 working days now I am told I have to wait 14 you guys cant even get the story straight on your own communication
