Rica né?
It's been a week now and still no word from vox. Apparently my Rica stuff is still pending. I want internet today not next month. Got a better Deal from Supersonic, all my stuff, including Rica was approved same day. The technicians are doing the installation tomorrow. All of that in 2 days. And still waiting on Vox... I have no clue why Vox takes a week on the Rica alone.

In this instance a certified ID copy was requested, hence the delay.
