Repeated WiFi Outages – Unreliable Service and No Permanent Resolution

I am once again without WiFi and this has unfortunately become a monthly issue. As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable to be billed for a full month’s service while consistently receiving less than that. The ongoing interruptions are not only inconvenient but costly. I have to purchase additional mobile data just to stay connected, an expense I should not have to incur when I’m already paying for home internet. It is clear that the root issue has not been addressed. Temporary solutions are no longer acceptable, a permanent fix must be implemented. Customers deserve a reliable service that reflects the cost being charged. This level of service is not only disappointing it is unacceptable. Please fix this properly!!!
