Repeated ******* Debits on Bank Account

I wanted to sign up for Vox Telecom internet service sometime in November last but when they came to do a site survey they advised that the nearest tower was too far and hence they could not install nor provide service for me. I forgot about it and moved on to find a different ISP and signed up with Telkom. In February this year Vox *******ly debited my bank account (I'd provided these details in my initial application) with an amount of R19600!!! When I queried this they said it was the installation fee but the monthly fee for 24 months...they promised they'd reverse the charge and cancel the account they had opened for me on their systems as it was all an error because in the end no installation ever took place and I don't have their service. I had my bank reverse the charge and Vox wrote a confirmation mail advising they had closed the account in my name.
On the first of this month, March, Vox yet again went ahead and *******ly debited my bank account...for the same amount of R19600!!! I am now fed up and would like to report these conniving ************ so called ISP for *****!

Good day Moses.

And this *********** company continues to send me the nonsense SPAM of invoices for the ******* debit orders they have run on my account via SMS and email (2 emails) with copies of the invoice and an SMS that the account has not been paid...this despite an assurance from their Accounts Dept Supervisor Ruth Kekana assuring me that all my personal details have now been deleted completely from their systems...
This has clearly become a situation critical and one for the National Consumer Protection Agency and some consumer lawyers to litigate...this *********** bunch just doesn't seem to get it or know what they are doing!

Good Day Moses,
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We have performed further investigations and found the below:
· A site survey was scheduled for the 06/12/2016 at your old address (we can disclose this info if need be, however we don’t want to do so on social media for privacy reasons)
· You then moved premises and we scheduled a site survey for the 27/01/2017 at the new address
· We have received confirmation from the upstream service provider on the 1/02/2017 that there is unfortunately no LOS (line of sight) at the new address
· The workflow was stopped and the early cancellation fee was raised on the account on the 1/02/2017
· Your debit order was set to be processed on the 1st of each month, hence the debit order attempt on your account
· The debit order was confirmed unsuccessful
· We received your complaint about the debit order and reacted immediately. We had to get in contact with the upstream service provider in order to allocate the hardware, which we received confirmation that the hardware was with them on the 07/03/2017
· As per our call recordings Ruth Kekana did contact you on the 02/03/2017, where she confirmed that she removed your banking details on the system. Bearing in mind that your debit order was set on the system for the 1st of each month.
Based on the above points the banking details was removed after the debit order was already submitted to the bank.
According to our bank statements the debit orders was not successful and all the necessary credits was processed on your account for the early cancellation fee as well as admin charges raised on your account.
We can hereby confirm that:
· Your account was cancelled on the 1/02/2017
· All the relevant credits were processed and copies thereof was sent to you directly
· We have removed your banking details from our system
· Your account is currently on a R0.00 balance
· You should not receive any further communication from Vox
We acknowledge that this could have been prevented and we will definitely take corrective action with the relevant parties involved as you have submitted communication on the 07/02/2017 regarding this matter.
