Repeated bad connection and service for many months.
I have repeatedly reported to Vox that my wifi speed is 15 mbps, while they are supposed to provide me with 50 mbps. Despite previous reports, I am again getting only 15 mbps today, My connection is by times non-existent so that I cannot surf the web or download my emails. It is affecting me very negatively.
