Rep off having pay for service I did not use .

I’m very disappointed .I have signed up with vox for a R399 per-cage. I was only connected for two weeks then my line was suspended and cancelled .They sent a statement which state I should pay R2700 that I’m liable to pay .I have been phoning vox to explain and resolve this matter, so I can get connect they refusing .This is a total rep off .I can never except that .
