Relationships are based on trust, trust that when you acquire the services of a resource, that they will deliver. The relationship grows over time and as a consumer, you enjoy the service provided due to a mutual and honest understanding. <br> <br> Vox - first contact - was ok > then, requesting feedback, took 3 working days - only reason why I got feedback on my request was because I called in. Then, was promised to have further feedback the following day. At 10:00, I waited, then decided by 17:00, I will know where I stand. Im sure my purchase is very insignificant and not much value, hence, if the relationship starts in this manner, im only too glad to stop all request for ADSL and my internet service as it's a sign that worst is yet to come. I have decided to go to another service provider.<br>
