REFUND FROM VOX TELECOM
I wrote my last review on the 4th of December 2024 regarding my issue with Vox, they called me the same like they were doing something about the matter, but up to now, I have not received my money that was promised to be paid back within 7/14 days. At first it was about me short paying them with R32 and paid R960 which is supposed to come back to me and nothing is done to date. Meaning writing a review made them spite me even worse and just ignored me. Trying contact via whatsapp you will just get endless ref tickets but to no avail. Even calling is worse because you have to have enough airtime I hold on for more than 10 minutes and no one takes your call.
