Refund and terrible service(non-existing service)

If you want to spare yourself a lot of frustration, then stay far away from Vox Telecoms. Worst service I have experienced, EVER!! I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund as I was without service from14 March 2024 to 30 March 2024 due to a cable break on Vumatel`s side. Tickets as follow Vox***9, Vox***, VOX***7. All you get is issued a ticket but no one bothers to answer you or phone you. You just get ignored. Even when the service was off the feedback was terrible, no one knows what is going on there. I had to incur extra expenses to try and get internet service, so that I could work, but they do not care. I am opening a case with ICASA if I do not get a reply today.
