Reconsider before joining Vox.

What an absolute joke of a company. We joined on a promotion where we paid R929 per month on a 12 month contract. Now on the 7th month they notified us of an increase in our monthly payment to R1275 under the same contract. We couldn't afford the 40% increase and asked if they could downgrade us to a more affordable package. Now they're saying we can't downgrade because we still on a contract...but they can change the price however they like. We were transferred to 9 different departments because no one can help us. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone to no avail. People PLEASE reconsider before joining Vox. Their customer services are absolutely useless and they don't stay true to their contracts.
