Recent unhelpful poor customer service

I have used Vox for years now. Before this last month, I would have said that their service is wonderful. But now... I couldn't still say that. I've moved. I notified Vox more than a month ago of this. It took more than two weeks, three phone calls, two emails and two complaints logged on their website for someone to actually log this. And it is still not sorted. I've tried to phone them again and just sit on hold while it counts down how many people are ahead of me. It gets to one caller ahead of me and then I sit on hold for half an hour with only music. It's ridiculous. And now they want to charge me for the month because "it wasn't logged on the 1st". It's not my problem if the people working at Vox take more than two weeks to respond to an email. Nobody that I talk to seems to be able to sort this problem out and I am beyond frustrated. And on top of that they're now experiencing problems setting up my router at my new address.
