Really pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic service They mark tickets "resolved" without even responding to you on WhatsApp Whoever is in charge of their messenger is just as trash I would not want my worst enemy to make use of this horrific service

Dont bother calling me again. And as I've asked a while ago, not my surprised been ignored by you again, to release my line.
You're quick to send invoices but non existent response time to solve queries. I will take my business elsewhere.
