Really not a decent company to do business with.

I app**** with Vox on the 20th May 2019. For a Monthly contract. I made a payment to them for the service on the 21st of May 2019. From day one I have had nothing but horrific and extremely un-professional service. My subscription was only activated on the 19th of June. I payed the full amount for the required service package. Even though I payed the full premium they are still trying to distort and extra R271, 00 from me stating that there payment date starts on the 1st of every month. I was not advised from the beginning that this was the case. Even though their payment date differs I payed a full.months premium. And they are threatening to cut my service even though I payed a full month premium.
