Really bad service and lack of attention to customer needs

Moved to new house, dealing with vumetel, vox, all are incredibly useless. Trying to get new fibre moved from old tenants. All vox does is push to problem around vis email. Consultants are pretty useless, don’t care about the customer needs. Could have offered a service such as LTE to assist us, but alas not. Instead we have to fit the bill for expensive data costs from mobile providers. Don’t use vox there are better service providers out there.
