Really Bad service

After having to cancel my subscription for a second time with this service provider according to them, not even the full year as per both cancellations they want to charge me an installation fee for the second installation as well after I have bought the equipment at least 4 times over because I have spent 18 months with this provider during this period I had multiple connectivity issues either the speed was not as per subscription or no connectivity I highly advise anyone looking for a reliable fibre company please stay away from VOX
